We currently have 3 payment methods: Bank Transfer, Secure Payment with Debit / Credit Card and Paypal.

  • Bank Transfer: No surcharge. You must send the total amount of your purchase in the bank account that will be indicated at the end of your order and in the confirmation email, either in your banck office or making a transfer from your bank. In the checkout process and confirmation email you will get the complete data for payment by bank transfer. Note: In the case of bank transfer, the payer must select in his bank that the costs, if any, be charged at the bank of origin.
  • Secure Online Payment with Card: No charge for using this method of payment. Through Banco Sabadell’s Secure Virtual POS, you can pay for your purchases with your Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, UnionPay, Euro6000 and many others.

The payment gateway or virtual POS (SIS) is a system prepared to make payments in totally secure way over the Internet.

Only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted for Visa and MasterCard payment.

The system will connect with the bank holder of the card for the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authentication, the card will be debited. This process is performed online in a secure and fast way in the systems of the issuers of the cards. does not have access to the data of card since they are processed directly by Redsys through the Secure TPV of the Bank Sabadell, with the highest standards of security.

  • Paypal®: Secure online payment that allows you to pay through Paypal. 2.9% surcharge will apply.
    About Surcharge: Surcharge won´t be refunded in partial refund. Also, won´t be refunded when order was cancel before shipment for client reason

The entire payment process is encrypted to offer a higher level of security. This ensures that no one can access the data you send over the Internet. Please note that shipments will always be made to the address on your PayPal payment.

  • Orders will be shipped within 24 / 48h after receipt of payment and on business days. *
  • Please note that the transit time is subject to the selected shipping mode and the delivery location.
  • All our shipments will be made with the maximum protection to guarantee the perfect state of the product at the moment of delivery. * 1
  • All our shipments have a tracking number.

Shipping Methods and Transit Time

  • Shipments within the European Union

Shipments of purchases of 100 Euros or more have two types of shipment, according product weights and destination, almost will be free shipment.

A) Free: Shipments up to 20kg (Volume) have an estimated delivery time of:
Xtrons products: 3-5 business days
Non Xtrons products: 4-6 business days or the common one 6-12 business days, unless different thing indicated in advertisement, product page.

Please note: Some products are customized ones in your order, you can choose memory, screen size, between other options, this under order products, can take more time than explain delivery time.

B) Multi: Shipments of more than 20kg (volume). These shipments have same delivery time as before point A. The cost is variable according destination.

Note: Delivery time times are always estimate and can change for unexpected reasons like weather reasons, brokage of stock…

We send from European Union, You will not have to pay customs fees if you are in European Union.

Besides to European Union, you won´t need to pay customs tax if you are in Mexico or Canada

For other countries or zones we are not respnsible of any customs tax or fees, as are decisiones of each country.

  • International Shipments

International shipments (outside the European Union):

A) Standar: Shipments selecting the express method has an estimated delivery time of 48 hours to 12 days depending on the destination. The cost of this method is not fixed one, depend of destination, but is really adjust.

The delivery of packages outside the European Union may be delayed depending on the country of destination, since it is subject to the customs conditions of each country.

Shipment Selection

The selection of the shipping method will be carried out on the order form (Checkout page). You will need to enter your personal data so that the system can calculate the costs and shipping types that are available for your address. Once you have selected the shipping method, you can choose the method of payment.

  • We ship worldwide*

* Except countries with specific or short-term restrictions. We don´t ship to Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla or similar tax situation zones. If you are in any of this zones please contact us.

We send from European Union, if you are in European Union country no custom tax or surprises.

  2. How can I make an order?

    Orders will be make in the website, you can register as a customer (suggested) but is not mandatory to buy.
  3. Can I pay when received item and no before received?No, sorry we do not accept this method.
  4. Can I exchange one product for another different model?No, you cannot change, no exceptionsFeel free to ask us for any question.
  5. How can i cancel my order?For unpaid orders you can cancel, just need to contact with our customer service support.For paid orders, and only if has not been send out: Once the purchase of a product is committed to a purchase contract, the cancellation of an order already paid, for reasons exclusively of the customer’s decision, entails a cancellation fee of 10 Euros, which will be subtracted from the refund in case of cancellation request by unilateral decision of the client.
  6. What states my order mean?

    The server sent from the administrator account an automated message from each of the states through which it passes your order:

    Pending: Order confirmed by the customer and received by, the order summary and the total amount due and payment type chosen is communicated. (In this status order is waiting payment)

    Procesing: In this state, we have begun to checkout. Which means that in one or two working days after handling and preparation of your package will be sent. Although not see in complete state, does not mean it has not shipped. Will keep in this status until delivery will be really near, please note.

    ShippedWe will tell you a tracking number of your package (We do not send tracking number information before because online tracking is only possible when delivery is really close). Tracking number you will find in your web account.

    All times listed are accurate reference in most situations, may vary depending on the workload of logistics warehouse, incidents in logistics or transport (not attributable to or force majeure. In case of delays or incidents will be always sent a communication to your registration mail or telephone.

    Important: All products, before send out, pass a quality test consisting of start up, sound, audio and video checkings.

  7. I have a company in European Union with a registered VAT, can i buy but without VAT in price?
    No, if you have a company in European Union with a VAT number, we suggest to you buy as a particular person, system won´t deduce VAT for the price you see on website.

Return and Repair Conditions.

A) Right of withdrawal: You have 14 days from the reception of your order to be able to return it. It is essential that you always contact us through the contact form or mail so  we can process your return. In this contact you must expressly request the withdrawal indicating the data necessary to locate your purchase. No requests will be handled without order number or those made by parties other than the buyer. HERE you can download the withdrawal form. You must follow the instructions for sending the return as directed by our Customer Service department.

In cases of deterioration of the product for reasons that are not due solely to your test to make a decision on its final acquisition, will not accept the return for withdrawal.

The client runs the entire costs of transport and management.

In cases of return due to withdrawal and, unless indicated otherwise, the amount will remain as credit for purchase on the web of any other product.

There will be no withdrawal on merchandise or orders that may be considered for their special characteristics as requested by the customer, such as accessories purchased in main product options.


The return for withdrawal of the following products shall in no possible moment:

  • All kinds of software, games, DVD, Blu-ray, memories, computer components like graphics, hard drives, CPUs and motherboards, TDT whose seal / packaging has been damaged or opened
  • For hygiene reasons all kinds of products related to the Personal Care, Health and Hygiene
  • All goods requiring direct contact with body parts such as headphones, etc., whose packaging has been unsealed or detect the most minimal signs of use
  • All kinds of Robotics / Radio-Control with open packaging, which by their nature multi-piece packaging safety and memories can not be returned
  • All kinds of products that require a fixed installation professional and have been installed after the purchase (Monitors, Car-HiFi …)
  • Those products fixture (Car-Audio) require intensive monitoring to rule by manipulations. The procedure for these products may take longer than usual.
  • Important: Consumers will be considered natural or legal persons acting in a foreign field to a business or professional activity. ExclusiveCarAuto not accept returns for withdrawal by companies or professionals.

*Please note that this terms are valid for European Union buyers, almost also for other buyers but ask first as is not the same for law requirements.

Product show damages during transport:

Please communicate any breakage or damage due to transportation by contacting always by email with our Customer Service, or via the contact form, since we must be satisfied that there has been an impact on the deadline (24 hours ago receipt of the package).

When you receive your package, make sure that the product has not been damaged during transport. The package must be externally received in good condition. Otherwise, note this fact on the delivery paper and notify in writing to ExclusiveCarAuto within 24 hours.
If no external signs of having suffered any damage during transport, and once signed the bill of transportation, open and check the merchandise. In cases of product deterioration or lack of conformity due to transportation (which are not apparent at the time of delivery), you must notify ExclusiveCarAuto over 48 hours of receipt via e-mail.

It is important to remember that we have limited time to implement the insurance, so you should communicate these facts within that period by contacting our Customer Service by writing to e-mail

You should follow the instructions for return shipping as indicate from our Customer Service Department.

B) During Warranty: If any of the items purchased presents any problem during the warranty period, you must notify it through the mail, where it will be required to indicate the order number. You must also indicate the problem or reason for which you want to request the use of the Warranty. If it is determined that the change or repair of the product must be carried out; you must ask for an RMA certificate (mandatory to be able to return the product (s)).

C) If I receive a damaged or malfunctioning item?: Although we carry out exhaustive tests of each product, if it is the case, all the articles that present a manufacturing defect, can be returned before 14 days of the reception of the same to the address that we indicate to you when you communicates us in Support, and notified as soon as possible. You must ask for an RMA certificate (essential to be able to return the product (s) for replacement). In these cases all cost that involve the replacement will be at our expense. If you do not notify us within the first 14 days you must proceed as indicated in section B.

* The repair, replacement or change of the product is subject to stock availability.

D) The guarantee of the products sold by is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in Directive 2011/83/UE European Parlament and Council on guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, a legal framework that aims to facilitate the Consumer different options to demand sanitation when the acquired good does not conform to the contract, giving him the option to demand repair or replacement of the good, unless it is impossible or disproportionate. However, the guarantee in the second year will be the one marked by the brand. In the second year, there is no understanding of a defect of conformity, automatically.

Request of RMA Certificate

  • The products return require a RMA Certificate. This will be issued for after previous contact of customer, contact where customer explain the desire of request a repair or replacement, We will issued all RMA documentation needed, after customer request, we will send to customer the RMA Certificate.
  • The RMA Certificate is a form to include into package of product for return (inside the box), and a label to put outside the box.
  • The returns without RMA Certificate, won´t be accepted, even if include any other documents, and package will be send back to sender. The RMA Certificate allow us to filter early the package received for reparation or replacement.

Product Warranty

Products purchased at have different warranty periods depending on the type of product. In order to manage the guarantee, the customer must submit / provide the order number and, if applicable, the invoice when required.


New Products: These products have a guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase (date of invoice).
Repair Products: The repairs of the products have a guarantee of 6 months from the time the repair is made effective.
Accesories: The accessories of the products, controls, USB cables, antennas, rear cameras and in general all the accessories that do not constitute the main product, will have a limited warranty to 1 month from the reception of the same ones. However, the customer may purchase the accessory in question at cost price during the first 6 months.*In all contacts customer need to indicate the order number, otherwise won´t be possible locate your product and order.

Important: Purchase a product without constituting themselves as final recipients, to acquire, store, use or consume goods or services, in order to integrate them into production, transformation, commercialization, professional activity or rendering to third parties, thus not benefiting from the rights granted to consumers. In the same way, we remember that is not responsible for defects or problems caused by improper installation of the products.
